Zapilee Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zapilee, we want our users to have a transparent and fair experience. Please review our refund guidelines carefully.
Application is not as described
If an application is materially different from the description or preview shown on our website, we are obligated to issue a refund. We believe in clearly communicating our features and functionality, so buyers can always “know what they are getting.”
Application doesn’t work as intended
If an application fails to perform its core features and cannot be fixed promptly by our team, we are obligated to provide a refund.
- If the issue can be resolved through an update or support fix, we will do so immediately instead of refunding.
- If the issue is fundamental and unfixable, the buyer is entitled to a refund.
Application has a security vulnerability
If our platform is found to have a verified security vulnerability that cannot be fixed promptly, we are obligated to refund the buyer.
- If a fix or patch is available, we will release it as quickly as possible.
- If the vulnerability is not patched within an appropriate timeframe, the buyer is eligible for a refund.
Support not provided as promised
If Zapilee explicitly promises support (as per the plan purchased) and fails to provide it in accordance with our support policy, we are obligated to refund buyers who purchased support.
No-Refund Scenarios
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Buyer changes their mind after purchase.
- Buyer purchased the service by mistake.
- Buyer expected features not included in the chosen plan.
- Buyer lacks the technical expertise to use the platform.
- Buyer is dissatisfied only due to personal expectations.
- Buyer requests goodwill refunds.
- Issues caused by external services or APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta).
- Refunds requested after 30 days of purchase.
Force Refund
Zapilee reserves the right to issue a force refund at its sole discretion. In such cases:
- Buyer’s app access and support will be terminated immediately.
- The purchase code will be disabled with no further entitlement to the service.
Refund Request Process
- Eligible buyers must raise a support ticket or email our support team.
- Each case will be reviewed based on this policy.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
